How do I set Front End Users to automatically Login to the Front End when in Login Mode?
Answer: There are two Config Settings which can be set that control the enabling of the Remember me checkbox on the Login screen: Config Setting 1 Category Front End Security Name Frontend Security Allow Persistent User Cookie Code FRONTEND_SECURITY_ALLOW_PERSISTENT_USER_COOKIE Type Boolean Value True Application System Config Setting 2 Name Frontend Security Persistent User Cookie Days Code FRONTEND_SECURITY_PERSISTENT_USER_COOKIE_DAYS Type Integer Value 30 Application System Note: this config setting will only appear when the above config setting (FRONTEND_SECURITY_ALLOW_PERSISTENT_USER_COOKIE) is set to TRUE The Frontend Security Persistent User Cookie Days Config Setting determines how many days the Remember me checkbox should be applied. To set these Config Settings in The Admin please follow the instructions below: Go to Administration > Utilities > Config Settings > Settings Tab You can either filter settings to locate the setting you would like to modify, or scroll through the list of categories to find the applicable setting Select the <Setting> and change the Properties Setting value as required Click Update to refresh the setting
