The iD Desktop Assistant provides administrators with instant access to the latest items requiring approval and the ability to upload multiple files at the same time, including the replication of entire folder structures into applications such as Document Manager, Image Library and Digital Assets Library.

The iD Desktop Assistant is free to download and will be periodically updated to include new features and functionality.
